Southeast Surface Water Treatment Plant

American Paving Co. partnered with W. M. Lyles Co. to deliver comprehensive civil construction services for the $169 million Southeast Surface Water Treatment Plant. The project included earthwork, base rock, asphalt paving, minor concrete work, box culvert crossings, surfacing, fencing, guardrails, striping, landscaping, and irrigation for both on-site and off-site areas. Key features involved construction of curbs, sidewalks, lagoon roads, and installation of site furniture.
