During our first 35 years under the direction of founding president, John K. Shirin, our impeccable reputation was established and developed. In 1988 APC was acquired by Lyles Diversified, Inc. (now Lyles Construction Group) and as a result enjoys the benefits of being an integral part of a large and well-diversified parent company.
American Paving Co. has combined a well-qualified staff of estimators and project managers with a superior field work force in order to safely complete quality projects on time and at budget for owners, clients.
