Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion Project

American Paving Co. played a vital role in the Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion Project for the Root Creek Water District, partnering with W. M. Lyles Co. As a civil subcontractor, APC delivered site grading (15,752 cubic yards cut to fill and 11,456 cubic yards imported borrow), constructed site access roads with aggregate base and asphalt concrete, and completed concrete curbing totaling 4,952 linear feet. The team placed 7,675 tons of aggregate base and 815 tons of asphalt concrete, contributing to the project’s successful completion.
